Decision Simulations

Founded and launched an industrial decision simulation company called Framebyte focused on helping project teams visualize high-stakes decisions before committing capital. Designed and built a real-time 3D simulation platform using Unreal Engine that allows engineers, project managers, executives, and clients to explore competing site layout configurations in an immersive shared environment prior to construction.

Developed a full interactive demo featuring dynamic configuration switching, layer-based material fade systems driven by Material Parameter Collections, a real-time data panel surfacing cost, timeline, and risk metrics per configuration, and a custom UI widget system built in Unreal's UMG framework. Managed all aspects of company formation including business strategy, go-to-market planning, pricing structure, and client acquisition approach.

Platform targets industrial verticals including data center development, energy infrastructure, healthcare facility design, and manufacturing where pre-construction decisions carry multi-million dollar consequences and stakeholder misalignment is a known source of project failure.
